Office Fit Life helps small groups run a friendly weight-loss challenge. It is a tracking tool, not medical care or a prize-payment service.
Are weigh-ins medically verified?
No. Launch-mode entries are self-attested. The organizer can manage participation and timing, but does not approve or reject the truth of a weight entry.
What happens to scale photos?
Photo verification is disabled for the initial launch. If enabled for a controlled test later, photos remain private, verified photos are deleted promptly, and only flagged or disputed photos are retained for support.
How are rankings calculated?
The leaderboard compares the percentage of each participant's personal weight-loss goal achieved. Final ranking requires an eligible final weigh-in.
Does Office Fit Life hold prize money?
No. Prize amounts and suggested splits are display-only. Organizers and participants are responsible for collecting, holding, and paying any prize money outside Office Fit Life.
Can a challenge close early?
No. Final results cannot be completed before the configured final weigh-in window closes.
Is this medical advice?
No. Office Fit Life does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a weight-loss target. Choose a goal that is appropriate for you and consult a qualified professional when needed.
How do I leave or correct a problem?
Contact your organizer for participation changes. For account, privacy, payment, or retained-photo support, email OfficeFitLife@forman3d.com and include the challenge name and your account email.

- Participation is voluntary.
- Do not use the tracker for emergencies or medical decisions.
- Challenge groups should agree on rules and prize handling before starting.
- Completed challenge history is read-only.
